Great Stay Near the Metro

The hotel sits right next to a metro station. The lobby area looks nice. I was able to store my luggage easily. I had quite a bit. The bed was comfy.
I found the lighting in the main room very dim. I needed to use the bathroom light and the side lights to brighten the space.

The staff cleaned daily and the service was convenient. The hotel also had a friendly welcome with accommodating staff! I felt okay all time and the staff provided quick service.

I found the location convenient with its close proximity to transportation. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the metro stop is very close. It allows easy access to the surrounding area.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel offers a convenient location because it is near the metro station. It makes access into the city center easy. The metro station and bus stop are near the hotel entrance.
The cleaning throughout the communal areas was poor. I see cobwebs and dust all around the room door. The hotel rooms does not have air-conditioning.

staff was friendly, and the bar and garden area were nice. the bed was comfy too. the hotel is near tram and bus stops, so it's easy to get around. it's also in a quiet area, i found.
I found a very slight cobweb. It was nothing that bothered me, though.
